Collection of monthly radon flux maps for Europe 2006-2022 based on soil uranium content (EANR, 2019, https://data.europa.eu/doi/10.2760/520053), soil properties (ESDB, Hiederer, 2013, https://doi.org/10.2788/94128), and two different soil moisture reanalysis datasets: ERA5-Land soil moisture reanalysis (Munoz Sabater, 2019, https://doi.org/10.24381/cds.68d2bb3) or GLDAS-Noah v2.1 soil moisture reanalysis (Beaudoing and Rodell, 2020, https://doi.org/10.5067/SXAVCZFAQLNO). The radon flux model is described in Karstens et al., 2015, https://doi.org/10.5194/acp-15-12845-2015. The maps were produced in the EMPIR project 19ENV01 traceRadon.
