SST and SSS at the intake are missing between 2025-01-23 and 2025-06-21T11:23 due to repair of the TSG21. A relationship between SST and EquT is found based on historical data between 2004 and 2024. The relation is: EquT = 0.993*SST+ 0.511, R2=0.97. This is used to estimate the SST in the current data file. The SSS is set to 35.
Since the SST is estimated, there will be an additional uncertainty +/- 2 uatm for the calculated fCO2. This uncertainty comes in addition to the original fCO2 uncertainty of +/- 2 uatm. So, this dataset has a total fCO2 uncertainty of +/- 4 uatm.
The additional uncertainty in fCO2 is calculated based on data from 2023 and 2024 and the RMSE of the linear regression between SST and EquT.
The additional uncertainty in SST and delta T are +/- 0.13 degree C and +/- 0.5 degree C, respectively.
During 15-16 March, the ship was sailing in the fjords, heavy rain occurred, and it is likely that freshwater from land influenced the GO measurements.
