SST measurements at the intake are missing or wrong (due to sensor misconfiguration) between 18.01.2025 and 28.06.2025. A relationship between SST and TempEqu is found based on good temperature measurements acquired on 01-17 January and in September and October 2025. The relation is: SST = 0.991*TempEqu-0.190, R2=0.99, RMSE=0.11. This equation is used to estimate SST in the current data file.
Since SST is estimated, there will be an additional uncertainty of +/- 1.92 uatm for the calculated fCO2. This uncertainty comes in addition to the original fCO2 uncertainty of +/- 2 uatm. So, this dataset has a total fCO2 uncertainty of +/- 3.92 uatm.
The additional uncertainty in fCO2 is calculated based on the above RMSE of the linear regression between SST and TempEqu.
The additional uncertainty in SST and delta_T are +/- 0.11 degree C.
