The site around the tower is dominated by Norway spruce with 18m stand. The forest floor is mainly covered by moss. Further than 600m from the tower there is mosaic consisting of forests, clear cuts and farm fields. Within the radius of 100km elevation changes between 0 - 200 m.a.s.l., in general quite flat. In near vicinity of the tower elevation gently changes by 35m.
