The station PIs have faced a variety of challenges on their way to get surface pCO2 measurements, e.g. several buoys got lost, breakdown of the vessel.
2025 October: A new surface buoy with Hagan-GENx pCO2 system (air-water equilibration and standard gases) is tested and will be deployed in Feb. 2026.
