El Arenosillo

In the midst of lush pine trees next to sand dunes and the Atlantic Ocean, the 100 meter high El Arenosillo tower overlooks the protected Doñana National Park and the Gulf of Cádiz. The station is strategically located in the southwestern Iberian Peninsula, on the Atlantic coast, in a transition region influenced by air masses from the North Atlantic, the western Mediterranean, continental Europe, and North Africa.
