The site is a mature broadleaf forest with beech (Fagus Sylvatica L.) and Douglas fire (Pseudotsuga Menziesii (Mirb.) Franco) mainly, other species are also present in the overstory (Picea abies (L.) Karst, Pinus sylvestris L. , Abies alba Mill., Tsuga Heterophylla (Raf.) Sarg, Betula pendula Roth. and Quercus sp.). Thinnings are conducted every 6 years.
