The paludified shallow-peat spruce forest, referred in Fluxnet as wet spruce stand is widespread forest type in northern, central and southern taiga, which represents the Sphagnum–Vaccinium myrtillus community on peaty-podzolic-gleys soil with peat depth 30–50 cm.Site is an old (about 200 years) spruce forest with spruce and birch.
